Positive Solutions recently undertook a survey examining current management and governance arrangements of arts centres in Australia on behalf of the Australian Performing Arts Centres Association (APACA). Behind the survey lies the core question: “What is the most effective management arrangement for a contemporary performing arts centre?” The results of this survey contributed to a presentation by David Fishel at the APACA Conference in July 2014.
