ONLINE GOVERNANCE PROGRAM FOR THE UNION FOR PROGRESSIVE JEWRY

Positive Solutions was engaged in the development and delivery of an online Governance Program for the Union for Progressive Jewry (UPJ) and its member organisations. The course was designed to be tailored to the needs of each member organisation, addressing governance needs and challenges specific to the communities and synagogues.

The consultation and planning of the series  resulted in three modules delivered by Positive Solutions: Understanding Community Needs; The Roles, Duties and Relationships of the Board; and Financial Management, Fundraising and Strategic Planning — accompanied by one further unit facilitated by UPJ: Social Justice and the Boardroom.
