Positive Solutions recently completed a Board Review for the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). Our report summarised the findings from a survey completed by all thirteen board members, and follow-up interviews with each, identifying themes around the strengths and potential improvements for focus. We are pleased to have been asked to undertake this further NIDA board support work as they continue to navigate new and emerging industry challenges.
